By creating an account on LLM Sin Censura (llmsincensura.com) or using the API, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a hosted language model. The service is offered "as is", with no guarantee of availability.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it is leaked.

Acceptable use

You must be of legal age. You may not use the API for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in this way.

Billing

Usage is charged per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance to use the API. Once you add a payment to your account, it is final and not returned.

Paid credit never expires, so nothing you pay for is lost. Paid credit remains in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or in a year.

The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you provide in writing.

Bugs are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or a top-up was charged twice, contact us via the Support page with transaction details and we will fix it. It is not a refund request and has no time limit.

Free trial credit is free and intended to test the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, and expires 7 days after registration.

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK and buy as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

Independence

LLM Sin Censura is an independent service. Other companies' and products' names appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
